Dine After Dark’s participating Member Business agree to extend daily operating hours during the month-long celebration of Ramadan, opening TWO HOURS before dawn OR closing TWO HOURS after dusk, or both!
MEMBERSHIP IS 100% FREE! During the month of Ramadan, Dine After Dark Member Businesses agree to: open at least two hours before dawn* AND/OR close at least two hours after dusk* (*exact times vary by season.) Member Businesses are highly encouraged (but not required) to provide Halal-friendly meal options. Member Business’ name, logo, location, and other identifying information may be used for promotional purposes as it pertains to Dine After Dark participation, including, but not limited to, features on Dine After Dark’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other digital and printed materials. Member Business may terminate membership agreement at any time, without penalty or restriction. Dine After Dark has the right to terminate membership agreement as it deems the action necessary and will notify the Member Business in writing of any such changes to membership status. Dine After Dark is not legally responsible for the actions or operations of Member Businesses, or any associated contractors or vendors.
Electronic Signature Agreement
